Getting there

Train

From Sydney Central Station, take the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line train towards Cronulla. Get off at the last stop, Cronulla Station. From there, exit the station and head towards the Cronulla Ferry Wharf. Take the ferry to Bundeena. Once you arrive at Bundeena, walk towards the Bundeena RSL Club and follow the signs for the Royal National Park. The walk to Wattamolla Beach will take about 30-40 minutes through the park.

Bus

From the Sydney CBD, catch the 991 bus from Circular Quay towards the Royal National Park. This bus will take you directly to the entrance of the park. Once you arrive, follow the signs to Wattamolla Beach. The beach is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop through the beautiful park landscape.

Bike

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental shops in Sydney. Head towards the southern suburbs and follow the cycle paths that lead to the Royal National Park. It is a scenic ride, approximately 25 km from the city center, and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach the park, follow the trail signs to Wattamolla Beach.

Walking Tour

For the adventurous, start your walking tour from the nearest train or bus stop that services the Royal National Park. Plan a route that takes you along the coast and through the park's scenic trails, making your way to Wattamolla Beach.
