Car

If you are driving, start from the Sydney CBD. Head southeast on George St toward Bathurst St. Continue onto Elizabeth St, then turn left onto Liverpool St. Keep going straight and follow the signs for the Eastern Distributor. Take the exit toward Moore Park Rd, and merge onto Moore Park Rd. Continue until you reach Anzac Parade, and then turn left. Follow Anzac Parade until you reach the intersection with Dacey Ave. Turn right onto Dacey Ave, then take the first left onto Oxford St. Continue on Oxford St, and then turn right onto Bondi Rd. Follow Bondi Rd until you see the signs for Butler Stairs. There is parking available nearby, but it may be limited.

Public Transportation

To reach Butler Stairs using public transportation, start by heading to the nearest train station. If you are in the Sydney CBD, you can catch a train from Town Hall Station or Central Station. Take a train heading towards Bondi Junction. Once you arrive at Bondi Junction Station, exit the station and catch bus number 333 or 380 that goes towards Bondi Beach. Get off at the stop on Campbell Parade near the Bondi Beach area. From there, walk along Campbell Parade, and take the path leading down to the beach. Continue along the beach until you reach Butler Stairs, which will be located on the southern end of Bondi Beach. It’s a scenic walk, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the coastline.
