    Car

    If you're driving from the Sydney CBD, head northwest on the M2 Motorway. Take exit 18 for Pennant Hills Road/A28, heading towards Parramatta. Continue on Pennant Hills Road and follow the signs for Parramatta. Merge onto Church Street, then turn left onto Victoria Road/A40. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with the Lakeside Drive. Turn right onto Lakeside Drive, and after a short drive, you will arrive at Lake Parramatta. Parking is available nearby, and some areas may incur parking fees.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Lake Parramatta via public transport from Sydney CBD, take a train from Central Station to Parramatta Station. The train ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Parramatta Station, exit and take Bus Route 545 towards North Parramatta. Get off at the stop at Lakeside Drive. From there, it's a short walk to Lake Parramatta. Note that bus fares apply; check the current Opal card rates.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk from Parramatta Station, exit the station and head north on Macquarie Street. Continue straight onto Church Street, then turn left onto Victoria Road/A40. Walk along Victoria Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Lakeside Drive. Turn right onto Lakeside Drive and walk for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Lake Parramatta.

    Cycling

    For those who enjoy cycling, you can ride from Parramatta Station to Lake Parramatta. From the station, head north on Macquarie Street, then turn left onto Church Street. Follow Church Street, then turn left onto Victoria Road/A40. There are bike lanes available. Continue until you reach Lakeside Drive. It's around a 4-kilometer ride and a bike helmet is recommended.
