Bus
From Sydney's central business district (CBD), walk to the Wynyard Bus Station located at 41 York Street. Catch the B1 bus towards Palm Beach. The bus journey will take about 1 hour. Get off at the 'Avalon Beach' stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes towards the beach along Avalon Parade until you reach the beautiful Avalon Beach.
Ferry and Bus
Start at Circular Quay and take a ferry to Palm Beach. The ferry ride provides stunning views of the coastline and will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Palm Beach, exit the ferry terminal and take the B1 bus towards the city. Alight at the 'Avalon Beach' stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes towards the beach along Avalon Parade until you reach Avalon Beach.
Train and Bus
From Sydney Central Station, take the train on the T1 North Shore Line towards Hornsby. Get off at the 'Warriewood' station. From the station, walk to the Warriewood bus stop (about 5 minutes). Catch the B1 bus towards Palm Beach. Alight at the 'Avalon Beach' stop. Walk about 10 minutes along Avalon Parade to reach Avalon Beach.
