From Circular Quay Station, walk towards the water's edge. Head to the right along the promenade towards the Sydney Opera House. After passing the Opera House, continue walking for about 10 minutes along the pathway that follows the shoreline. You will eventually see the entrance to the Royal Botanic Garden on your left. Continue past the garden entrance until you reach Farm Cove Street.
