Once you reach Port Arthur, continue on the A9 for approximately 15 kilometers until you see the sign for the Cape Raoul Lookout. Turn left onto Stormlea Road and follow the signs for Cape Raoul. The road will eventually lead you to the parking area for the lookout. The parking lot is located at the trailhead, where the hike begins.
