If you are traveling by car, head to Eaglehawk Neck. From Hobart, follow the A9 highway towards Sorell and then take the A3 highway towards Port Arthur. Once you reach Eaglehawk Neck, turn onto Blowhole Circuit. Fossil Bay Lookout is located at the end of Blowhole Circuit. There is parking available near the lookout.

To reach Fossil Bay Lookout by public transport, take a bus from Hobart to Port Arthur. The bus service runs several times a day. Once you arrive at Port Arthur, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Eaglehawk Neck, as there is no direct public transport to the lookout itself. The drive from Port Arthur to Fossil Bay Lookout will take approximately 20 minutes.
