If you are traveling by car, head to Eaglehawk Neck. From Hobart, follow the A9 highway towards Sorell and then take the A3 highway towards Port Arthur. Once you reach Eaglehawk Neck, turn onto Blowhole Circuit. Fossil Bay Lookout is located at the end of Blowhole Circuit. There is parking available near the lookout.
