Car
If you are driving, start from the town of Queenstown. Head southwest on the B19 towards Strahan. Follow the B19 for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the turnoff to the Franklin-Gordon Wild Rivers National Park. Turn left onto the C249 (Gordon River Road) and continue for about 18 kilometers. Look for signage indicating Heritage Landing, which is located within the park. There is a car park available at the site. Note that a park entry fee may apply, which is typically around AUD 8 per vehicle.

To reach Heritage Landing via public transport, take a bus from Hobart to Queenstown. The bus service is operated by Tassielink and the journey takes approximately 4.5 hours. Once in Queenstown, you will need to arrange a taxi or a local shuttle service to take you to the Franklin-Gordon Wild Rivers National Park (approximately 40 kilometers away). There may be costs associated with the taxi or shuttle, which can range from AUD 60 to AUD 100 depending on the provider.
