Car
From the nearest major town, Sorell, take the A3 highway heading east. Continue along the A3 for approximately 44 kilometers until you reach the junction with the B34 highway. Turn left onto B34, which is also known as the Tasman Highway. Follow B34 for about 30 kilometers, then turn right onto the C301 road towards Fortescue. After about 10 kilometers, you will arrive in Fortescue. The Waterfall Bluff Lookout is located just off the main road; look for the signs indicating the scenic spot. There is parking available at the lookout.

From Hobart, take the Metro Tasmania bus service towards Sorell (Route 711). The bus will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach Sorell. Once in Sorell, transfer to a bus heading towards Fortescue (check local schedules for the specific route). This leg of the journey may take about an hour. Upon arriving in Fortescue, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the Waterfall Bluff Lookout. Follow the main road until you see signs for the lookout, which will guide you to the entrance.
