If you're traveling by car, start by heading to Halls Gap, a central town in the Grampians. From Halls Gap, take Grampians Road (C216) and follow the signs towards Mount Zero. After approximately 7 kilometers, turn left onto Glenelg River Road (C222). Continue on Glenelg River Road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the parking area for The Balconies, located at the end of the road. Parking is free, and there are designated areas to leave your vehicle.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take a V/Line bus from Melbourne to Halls Gap. The journey takes about 3.5 hours. Once in Halls Gap, you can either arrange a taxi or check with local tour operators for shuttle services that can take you to The Balconies. Note that public transport options may be limited, so it's advisable to pre-book your shuttle service in advance.
Walking
Once you've parked your car at the designated area for The Balconies, a short 1.5 km return walk will take you to the viewing platform.
