If you are driving from Darwin, take the Stuart Highway (National Route 1) south for approximately 250 km. Follow the signs for Kakadu National Park. Once you reach the entrance of Kakadu, pay the entrance fee (currently around AUD 40 per vehicle for a 7-day pass). Continue on the Kakadu Highway until you reach the township of Jabiru. From Jabiru, take the Kakadu Highway towards the Nourlangie area. Look for signs to Anbangbang Rock Shelter, which is located within the Nourlangie area of Kakadu National Park. It is about a 20-minute drive from Jabiru to the shelter, where you will find parking available.
