If you are driving from Top End, take the Stuart Highway (National Route 1) south towards Darwin. Continue on this highway until you reach the junction with the Victoria Highway. Merge onto the Victoria Highway and follow the signs to the M1 (National Route 1). Continue on the M1 until you reach Sydney. Once in Sydney, take the exit for the Sydney Harbour Bridge. There are parking facilities available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking, which can range from AUD 10 to AUD 30 depending on the duration.
Public Transportation
To reach Sydney Harbour Bridge using public transportation, you will first need to make your way to the Darwin International Airport. From there, book a direct flight to Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. After arriving at Sydney Airport, catch the Airport Link train to Central Station. At Central Station, transfer to the T2, T3, or T8 train lines towards Circular Quay. Once you arrive at Circular Quay Station, it's just a short walk to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Be aware that train tickets from the airport to the city center will cost approximately AUD 19.
Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, first head to Darwin’s main bus terminal. Take a Greyhound Australia or similar bus service that goes directly to Sydney. The journey will take a considerable amount of time (approximately 40 hours), so plan accordingly. Upon arriving in Sydney, you can take a local bus to Circular Quay from the bus station, which will cost around AUD 3.50. From Circular Quay, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is just a short walk away.
