If you are driving from Top End, take the Stuart Highway south towards Darwin. Continue on the highway until you reach the intersection with the Victoria Highway. Follow the signs to the city of Katherine, then take the National Route 1 towards Alice Springs. You'll eventually enter New South Wales. From there, take the exit towards Sydney and follow the directions to the city center. Once you arrive in Sydney, look for signs directing you to the CBD (Central Business District).
