Continue for about 15 km until you reach the town of Penshurst. In Penshurst, follow the signs to Mt Rouse Lookout, which is located on Mt Rouse Tourist Rd. The lookout is situated about 5 km from the town center. There is no parking fee, and visitors can enjoy access to the lookout at any time.
