Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Melba Highway (C726). Take the Melba Highway towards Yea and continue for about 10 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating Kinglake National Park. Turn left onto Kinglake-Whittlesea Road (C724) and follow it until you reach the park entrance at Masons Falls Road. The total drive should take around 45 minutes, and parking is available at the park entrance.
