    Start from the Bad Gastein train station. Exit the station and head towards the main road (B167). Turn right and walk along the road for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with the Salzburger Straße. Continue straight onto the Salzburger Straße for another 600 meters. You will pass various shops and cafes along the way. After crossing the bridge over the river, take a left turn onto the path that leads to Böckstein. Follow the signs for Böcksteiner Loipe, which will take you through scenic landscapes. The trailhead for Böcksteiner Loipe will be clearly marked.

    From the Bad Gastein train station, take bus number 540 towards Böckstein. The bus stop is located just outside the station. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Böckstein' stop.
