If you are starting from the Bad Gastein train station, exit the station and head northeast on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Kaiserstraße. Turn left onto Kaiserstraße and follow it as it curves slightly to the right. After about 400 meters, you will see the sign for the Kaiserin-Elisabeth-Promenade on your right. Follow this promenade for about 300 meters until you reach the Denkmal Kaiserin Sissi, which will be on your left.

If you are at the center of Bad Gastein, specifically near the Kaiser Wilhelm Denkmal, walk towards the Gasteiner Wasserfall (waterfall).
