From the center of Bregenz, head towards the lake (Bodensee) by walking down to the Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight until you reach the lakeside promenade. Turn right and walk along the promenade until you see the Pfänderbahn cable car station directly in front of you. The station is well-signposted, and you can't miss it.

If you prefer taking public transportation, you can take bus line 5 from the Bregenz Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Board the bus heading towards 'Pfänderbahn' and disembark at the Pfänderbahn stop. The cable car station will be just a short walk away from the bus stop.
