From the center of Bregenz, walk to the 'Bregenz Bahnhof' bus station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the city center. Look for the bus line 40 towards 'Wasserburg am Bodensee'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Wasserburg' bus stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the main attractions in Wasserburg.

The total journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Wasserburg' bus stop, it's a quick 5-minute walk to the waterfront area.
Walking
If you enjoy walking and the weather is nice, you can walk along the lakeside path from Bregenz to Wasserburg. The distance is approximately 7 kilometers and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Start at the lake promenade in Bregenz and follow the path along the Bodensee until you reach Wasserburg. This route offers beautiful views of the lake and surrounding nature.
