If you're driving from Klagenfurt, head north on the A2 motorway. Take the exit towards Krumpendorf am Wörthersee and follow signs for Drasingerstraße. Continue straight on Drasingerstraße for approximately 3 kilometers. Schloss Hornstein will be on your left at Drasingerstraße 92, 9201 Krumpendorf am Wörthersee. There is parking available nearby.

From Klagenfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take a train to Krumpendorf. The train journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Krumpendorf station, exit the station and walk to the bus stop just outside. Take bus number 522 towards Pörtschach and get off at the stop 'Krumpendorf Drasingerstraße'. From there, it's a short walk (about 500 meters) to Schloss Hornstein, located at Drasingerstraße 92. Be sure to check bus schedules as they may vary.
