    From Villach, take bus line 522 or a local service heading to Rosegg. The bus will take you directly to Wildparkweg. After getting off at the stop, it's a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to Tierpark Rosegg, which will be on your left. Ensure you check the local bus schedules for any changes. Bus fare is approximately €3-5.

  • Car

    From the A2 motorway, take the exit Velden West and follow the signs towards Rosegg. From the A11 motorway, take the exit St. Niklas and follow the signs towards Rosegg. Once in Rosegg, follow Wildparkweg; you will find Tierpark Rosegg on your right. Parking is available on-site. Parking fees are approximately €3-5 per day.

The park sprawls around the historic castle hill. The historic zoo wall and the entire park around the Rosegg Castle Ruins give you the feeling of being immersed in a time long gone.The park is divided into two parts: a petting zoo with a playground and a circular path around the hill. Visitors can feed animals like deer, llamas, goats, rabbits, and kangaroos. The park also participates in the conservation of endangered species. The second part of the park is a circular path where larger, wilder animals roam free or in large enclosures.Other attractions near the park include the Rosegg Labyrinth and Rosegg Castle.
