If you are traveling by car, start from Lienz, the nearest major city. From Lienz, take the B100 road towards Leisach. After approximately 6 kilometers, turn right onto the L34 road towards Gries. Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the Galitzenklamm parking area. There might be a small parking fee, typically around €5 for the day.
