From the Eisenstadt train station, take the train to Vienna. Board any ÖBB train heading towards Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station). The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof, follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station.

At Wien Hauptbahnhof, take U1 (Red Line) towards Leopoldau. Ride for 3 stops and get off at the Stephansplatz station. After exiting the U-Bahn, follow the signs to Stephansplatz and head towards the cathedral.

From Stephansplatz, head northwest on Stephansplatz towards Graben. Continue walking along Graben, which turns into Kohlmarkt. Follow Kohlmarkt until you reach the Habsburgergasse. Turn right onto Habsburgergasse and then left onto Schulhof. Palais Collalto will be on your left at Schulhof 8.

Alternatively, from Stephansplatz, you can walk along the historic streets of the Innere Stadt. Head southwest on Petersplatz, then continue onto Fleischmarkt. Turn right onto Hoher Markt and then left onto Stock-im-Eisen-Platz. Continue to Schulhof, where you will find Palais Collalto.
