Once you arrive at Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station), follow the signs to the U-Bahn (subway) station. Take the U1 line (red line) towards Stephansplatz. Get off at Stephansplatz station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Kärntner Straße. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach Kärntner Str. 1, where Stock-im-Eisen is located.

If you're close to the center of Eisenstadt, walk towards the main street (Kaiserstraße). Head towards the Eisenstadt train station, then follow the steps provided above for public transport. If you're already in Vienna, simply walk towards Kärntner Straße from wherever you are, and it should take you about 10-15 minutes to reach Stock-im-Eisen.
