From Eisenstadt Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the train towards Wien (Vienna). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Wien Mitte station, transfer to the U-Bahn (subway) line U3 towards Ottakring. Get off at Stephansplatz station. From Stephansplatz, walk towards the Kärntnertor Theater and head along the Kärntnertor Theater street until you reach the Danube Canal. Turn left and walk along the canal until you find Franz-Josefs-Kai. The Vienna Explorer is located at Franz-Josefs-Kai 45.

If you are already in the city center of Eisenstadt, head towards the main square (Hauptplatz). From there, walk towards the Eisenstadt train station (Bahnhof). It will take you about 15-20 minutes on foot. Once at the train station, follow the public transport guidance above to get to Vienna.
