Car
If you are traveling by car, head to Seeboden. From the center of Seeboden, take the B98 road heading towards the north. After approximately 2 km, turn right onto Schloßau road. Continue straight for about 1 km until you see Burg Sommeregg on your left. There is parking available near the castle, but please check for any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train or bus to the Seeboden station. From there, you can catch the local bus number 522 towards Schloßau. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Walking from Seeboden
If you prefer to walk from the center of Seeboden, it is approximately a 30-minute hike to Burg Sommeregg. Head north on B98, and then take a left onto Schloßau road. Follow the road for about 1 km until you reach the castle. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
