Getting There
Car
If you're driving from central Gailtal, take the B111 road towards the town of Hermagor. Continue on the B111 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with the B70 road. Turn left onto B70 and follow the signs towards Rateče. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see a sign for Planica. Turn right onto Rateče Street and continue for about 2 kilometers. The Planica Nordic Centre will be on your left at Rateče 167.
Public Transportation
To reach Planica Nordic Centre using public transportation, first take a bus from Gailtal to the nearest major town, which is Hermagor. Bus schedules may vary, so check local timetables for departure times. From Hermagor, transfer to a bus heading towards Rateče. Once you arrive in Rateče, it is about a 20-minute walk to the Planica Nordic Centre. Head north on Rateče Street and keep an eye out for signs directing you to the centre, which will be located at Rateče 167.
