Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram

    From Mariatrost, you can take Tram Line 1 towards 'Graz, Jakominiplatz'. Board the tram at the nearest stop in Mariatrost, such as 'Mariatrost, Petersgasse'. The tram ride will take about 20 minutes. Disembark at 'Jakominiplatz' stop. Make sure to check the tram schedule for the latest departures.

    After exiting the tram at Jakominiplatz, head towards the main square and look for the signs directing you to Schlossberg. Walk towards 'Schlossberg' following the pedestrian signs. You will walk through the city center, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the base of Schlossberg.
