Car

Follow the signs towards the Grossglockner High Alpine Road (Großglockner Hochalpenstraße) and pay the toll fee at the entrance (approximately €38 per car). Continue driving on the High Alpine Road. You will reach the parking area at the Franz-Josefs-Höhe viewpoint, which is a popular spot for tourists. From this parking area, you will see signs for various hiking trails. Look for the trail leading to Glorer Hütte, which is marked and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to hike. The trail is well-maintained but can be steep in places, so wear appropriate hiking boots.
