If you are travelling by car, start from the center of Gurktal. Head southwest on the main road towards Treffen. Follow signs for Treffen and continue on the B94 road. After approximately 8 kilometers, you will see signs for Finsterbach Wasserfälle. Turn left onto the road that leads to Finsterbach. Continue driving for about 2 kilometers until you reach the designated parking area near the waterfall. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around €5.

To reach Finsterbach Wasserfälle using public transportation, you can take a bus from Gurktal to Treffen. The bus service operates regularly, and it takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Treffen bus station, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to the waterfall. Follow the signs towards Finsterbach. The walk will take around 30 minutes through scenic areas. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may vary.

If you are already in the vicinity of Treffern or have parked your car nearby, you can reach Finsterbach Wasserfälle on foot.
