Walking
From the center of Hallstatt, head towards the main road (Marktstraße). Walk along Marktstraße until you reach the 'Hallstatt Lahn' bus stop. Here, you can catch the bus to Dachstein. The bus will take you to the base of the Dachstein mountain. Once you arrive at the stop, follow the signs that indicate the way to the Dachstein cable car station. After you take the cable car up, you will find the Dachstein Skywalk. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to plan your visit.
