Walking

From the center of Hallstatt, head southeast towards the Hallstatt train station (Bahnhof). Upon reaching the train station, follow signs for the bus stop. Board the bus that heads towards Berchtesgaden. The travel time is approximately 30 minutes. Alight at the stop for Salzbergstraße. From the bus stop, walk up Salzbergstraße for about 10 minutes until you reach the Eagles Nest Historical Tours at Salzbergstraße 43.

Begin at Hallstatt's ferry terminal. Take a ferry across the lake to the Hallstatt train station. From the station, catch a bus to Berchtesgaden. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes.
