Getting There

Walking
Start at the Hallstatt Market Square (Marktplatz), which is a central hub for tourists. From the square, head east on the main street (Lahnstraße) towards the lake. Continue straight until you reach the Salzbergstraße street on your left. Turn left onto Salzbergstraße. Follow Salzbergstraße uphill for about 15 minutes until you reach the Salzbergbahn station, which will be on your right at Salzbergstraße 21.
