Continue walking along the path until you reach the end of the lake where you will find the Gosaumühlstraße. Turn right onto Gosaumühlstraße. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers; you will see signs pointing toward the Panoramic Viewpoint. From the market square in Hallstatt, walk to the Hallstatt funicular station, which is located a short distance uphill.
