Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Zell am See. From Zell am See, take the B168 road heading southeast towards Kaprun. Continue on B168 for about 7 kilometers until you reach the town of Kaprun. In Kaprun, follow the signs to the Kitzsteinhorn cable car station. There is a parking area available at the cable car station, and the parking fee may apply (approximately €5 per day). After parking, purchase a ticket for the cable car at the station.

To reach Kitzsteinhorn Gipfel via public transport, you can take a train or bus to Zell am See. From the Zell am See train station, take the local bus (line 660) towards Kaprun.
