From Innsbruck's main train station (Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 1 towards 'Igls'. Alight at the stop 'Mühlauer Brücke'. From there, transfer to bus line 4136 towards 'Murnau am Staffelsee'. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Münter-Haus' stop. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop, and you will see signs directing you to the entrance.

If you are near the city center, you can walk to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Anichstraße/Stadhalle'. From there, take tram line 1 as mentioned above. Once you arrive at 'Mühlauer Brücke', follow the same bus instructions to reach 'Münter-Haus'. If you prefer to walk directly, it would take approximately 40 minutes from the city center, heading northeast along the main road towards Murnau am Staffelsee.

Bicycle
For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Innsbruck. Head northeast following the signs towards Murnau am Staffelsee. The bike ride is approximately 12 km and should take about 45 minutes. You will find bike paths leading to the area, and a route along the river is particularly scenic.
