If you are starting from Innsbruck's main train station (Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the main road, Maria-Theresien-Straße. Walk straight along Maria-Theresien-Straße for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rennweg. Turn left onto Rennweg, and you will find Leopoldsbrunnen at Rennweg 4, just a short walk ahead on your right.
