    Walking

    If you are starting from Innsbruck's main train station (Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head southwest on Bahnhofstraße. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Maria-Theresien-Straße. Turn right onto Maria-Theresien-Straße and walk for about 300 meters. You will pass by various shops and cafes. At the end of this street, you will see the beautiful Golden Roof (Goldenes Dachl). From there, continue straight onto Eduard-Wallnöfer-Platz, where the Liberation Monument is located. The monument will be in front of you, an iconic landmark of Innsbruck.

    Public Transport - Tram

    From Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 1 towards 'Igls' or tram line 3 towards 'Tulfes'. Get off at the 'Marktplatz' stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. After getting off, walk straight ahead along the street until you reach the intersection with Maria-Theresien-Straße. Turn right and walk for about 150 meters. You will arrive at Eduard-Wallnöfer-Platz, where the Liberation Monument is situated.

    From the Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof, board bus line L towards 'Hötting' or bus line 501 towards 'Innsbruck, Uni'. Get off at the 'Landesmuseum' stop.
