Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car from anywhere in Innviertel, take the A1 Autobahn towards Salzburg. After approximately 50 km, take exit 297-Salzburg-Nord. Follow the signs towards the city center (Zentrum). After entering Salzburg, continue on the A1 until you reach Mirabellplatz. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared for possible fees that typically range from €1 to €3 per hour. Look for signs indicating 'Parkhaus' for parking garages.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you prefer public transport, take a train from any station in Innviertel to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof (main station). The journey usually takes around 30 to 60 minutes depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at Salzburg Hauptbahnhof, exit the station and follow the signs for the bus terminal. Take bus line 5 or 25 towards 'Mirabellplatz' (the ride takes about 10 minutes). The bus ticket costs approximately €2.50 and can be purchased at ticket machines or onboard.

  If you're staying near Salzburg's city center, Mirabellgarten is within walking distance from most central locations. From the Getreidegasse, walk towards the Salzach River, then cross the bridge at Makartsteg. Continue along the riverside until you reach Mirabellplatz. The walk should take around 15 to 20 minutes and you'll enjoy beautiful views along the way.
