If you are traveling by car, start from the town of Kufstein. Head south on the A12 motorway towards Innsbruck. Take the exit for B178 towards Going am Wilden Kaiser. Follow the B178 for approximately 20 km, then turn left onto the road leading towards Going am Wilden Kaiser. Continue straight until you reach the village center. Look for signs indicating "Schleier Wasserfall" or waterfall parking areas.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Innsbruck to the train station at Kufstein. From Kufstein, switch to a regional train heading to Going am Wilden Kaiser. The journey will take about 1 hour total. Once you arrive at the Going am Wilden Kaiser train station, it is a short 15-20 minute walk to Schleier Wasserfall. Follow the signs, or use a map application to navigate through the village.
Walking
If you choose to walk from the train station in Going am Wilden Kaiser, exit the station and head east on Dorfstraße. After about 500 meters, turn left onto a trail marked with signs for Schleier Wasserfall. The trail will lead you through beautiful forested areas and take approximately 30 minutes to reach the waterfall.
