From Lake Neusiedl, head west on the A4 highway towards Vienna. Continue for about 40 km until you reach the A23 exit towards Wien/Prater. Merge onto the A23 and continue into the city. Take the exit toward Burggasse and follow the signs for Innere Stadt. Once in the city center, find parking nearby as the museum does not have dedicated parking. The nearest parking facility is at Parkgarage Wien Mitte, located at Landstraßer Hauptstraße 1, 1030 Wien. From the parking garage, it's a short walk to the museum.

From Lake Neusiedl, take a train from Neusiedl am See Bahnhof to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station). Tickets can be purchased at the station and cost around €7.
