Walking
If you are in the main square of Linz (Hauptplatz), start by heading southeast towards Landstraße, the main shopping street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Promenade. Turn right onto Promenade. Walk along Promenade for about 10 minutes, enjoying the views of the Danube River on your left. Planetenbrunnen will be located on your left at Promenade 24, just a short distance from the riverbank.
Public Transport (Tram)
From the main square (Hauptplatz), walk to the nearest tram stop, which is called 'Landstraße'. Take tram line 1 or 2 towards 'Auwiesen' or 'Pichling'. After two stops, get off at 'Bismarckstraße'. Walk back towards the intersection and turn left onto Promenade. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Planetenbrunnen at Promenade 24.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations around the city. Head towards the Danube River and follow the cycling path along the riverbank. This scenic route will take you directly towards Promenade. Continue cycling until you reach Promenade 24, where Planetenbrunnen is located. Make sure to park your bike at the designated bike racks.
