If you are starting from the Linz main square (Hauptplatz), head towards the northeast corner of the square. From there, take the street called 'Landstraße' heading east. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, passing several shops and cafes. You will come to a fork in the road; keep to the left on 'Schlossbergstraße'. Continue walking uphill along this road until you reach the entrance to Schlossmuseum Linz at Schlossberg 1.

From Linz main station (Linz Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 3 in the direction of 'Pichling' or tram line 1 towards 'Dornach'. Get off at the 'Landstraße' stop (approximately a 5-minute ride). From there, walk north along 'Landstraße' for about 5 minutes until you reach 'Schlossbergstraße'. Turn left and walk uphill until you arrive at Schlossmuseum Linz located at Schlossberg 1.
