Walking
If you are in the Urfahr area, you can easily walk to Schlossmuseum Linz. Head towards the Danube River, following the path along the riverbank. Continue walking until you reach the bridge called 'Nibelungenbrücke'. Cross the bridge, and once you reach the other side, follow the signs to downtown Linz. After crossing the bridge, continue straight for about 500 meters until you arrive at the intersection. At the intersection, take a left onto 'Schlossberg' street. The Schlossmuseum will be located at the end of this street, at 'Schlossberg 1'. It should take you approximately 25 minutes to walk from Urfahr to the museum.
Public Transport - Tram
From Urfahr, you can take a tram to reach Schlossmuseum Linz. Locate the nearest tram stop, which is likely 'Urfahr Bahnhof'. Board tram line 1 heading towards 'Gugerellstraße'. After about 4 stops, alight at 'Hauptplatz'. From the Hauptplatz stop, you will see signs directing you to the Schlossberg. Walk up the hill for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the museum located at 'Schlossberg 1'. A single ticket for the tram costs approximately €2.20.
