If you are driving, start from the center of Lungau. Take the B96 road towards Tamsweg and continue until you reach the junction for the L234 road. Follow the L234 road, which leads you through scenic landscapes. After approximately 25 minutes, you will arrive at Erzherzog-Johann-Straße. Look for signs indicating Passhöhe, which is located at 8844. There is ample parking available near the site.

For those using public transportation, take the bus from Tamsweg to the nearest stop to Passhöhe. You can catch the bus at Tamsweg bus station. Look for the bus line that heads towards Mauterndorf, and get off at the stop 'Passhöhe' (make sure to check the schedule ahead of time as services may vary). The bus ride takes about 30-35 minutes. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the main area of Passhöhe.
