If you are driving from the center of Mostviertel, take the B1 road heading towards Krems an der Donau. After approximately 20 kilometers, take the exit toward Grafenegg. Follow the signs for Grafenegg Castle. The castle is located at Grafenegg 10, 3485 Grafenegg. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee depending on the season and events.
Public Transportation
To reach Grafenegg Castle by public transportation, first take a train from Mostviertel to Krems an der Donau. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Krems, transfer to bus line 100, which goes directly to Grafenegg. Get off at the Grafenegg bus stop, and you will find the castle just a short walk away (approximately 500 meters).
