Car
If you are driving from the center of Mostviertel, head southeast on B1 towards Krems an der Donau. Follow B1 for approximately 25 kilometers. Take the exit towards Dürnstein and continue on L704. After about 5 kilometers, turn right onto Wachauer Nase Road, which will lead you directly to the parking area near Wachauer Nase. Keep in mind that there may be a parking fee, so have some coins ready.

To reach Wachauer Nase via public transport, start by taking a train from Mostviertel to Krems an der Donau. You can catch a train from Mostviertel train station (make sure to check the schedule ahead of time). Once you arrive at Krems, transfer to bus number 100, which heads towards Dürnstein. Get off at the 'Dürnstein' bus stop. From there, it’s about a 20-minute walk to Wachauer Nase. Wear comfortable shoes as the path can be scenic but slightly uneven in parts.
