From Mürztal, take the B113 road heading northwest towards the A1 motorway. Merge onto the A1 and continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Take exit 103-Mauthausen towards B3. Follow the signs for Mauthausen and continue on the B3 road for about 10 kilometers. Once in Mauthausen, turn onto Erinnerungsstraße. The Mauthausen Memorial will be on your right at Erinnerungsstraße 1, 4310 Mauthausen. Parking is available nearby, but may incur additional costs depending on the area.

Start at the nearest train station in Mürztal. Take a regional train towards Linz (check local schedules for exact times). Once you arrive at Linz Hauptbahnhof (main train station), transfer to a train heading towards Mauthausen. The train ride should take around 30 minutes. After arriving at Mauthausen station, exit and walk approximately 1.5 kilometers (about 20 minutes) following the signs to the Mauthausen Memorial along the B3 road.
