From the car park, it's a short walk (about 50 meters) to the Tratzberg Express train station. Bus fare is approximately €3-5.

From the Inntal Autobahn (A12), take the Schwaz exit and follow the signs towards Stans. Drive through Stans to the Tratzberg Castle car park, located on the Unterinntaler Landesstraße. From the car park, you can either walk uphill to the castle (approximately 20 minutes) or take the Tratzberg Express. Parking costs approximately €1 per hour. Be aware that GPS navigation may incorrectly direct you to the Tratzberg settlement in Jenbach; instead, enter 'Tratzberg Castle' as a special destination.

From the Tratzberg Castle car park, a small train called the 'Tratzberg Express' departs regularly (approximately every 20 minutes) to take visitors up the hill to the castle entrance. The train station is located a short 50m walk from the car park next to the Schlosswirt restaurant. A one-way ticket on the Tratzberg Express costs €1.50.
