From the Inntal Autobahn (A12), take the Schwaz exit and follow the signs towards Stans. Drive through Stans to the Tratzberg Castle car park, located on the Unterinntaler Landesstraße. From the car park, you can either walk uphill to the castle (approximately 20 minutes) or take the Tratzberg Express. Parking costs approximately €1 per hour. Be aware that GPS navigation may incorrectly direct you to the Tratzberg settlement in Jenbach; instead, enter 'Tratzberg Castle' as a special destination.

From the Tratzberg Castle car park, a small train called the 'Tratzberg Express' departs regularly (approximately every 20 minutes) to take visitors up the hill to the castle entrance.
