There is no entry fee for the observation deck itself, but parking may incur a small fee depending on the area.

Start at Neusiedl am See train station. Take the train towards Mönchhof and get off at Illmitz station. From Illmitz station, you'll need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach Aussichtswarte in der Hölle. Head southeast on Hauptstraße, which will take you directly to the observation deck. There are typically several trains throughout the day, and a one-way ticket costs around €5. Make sure to check the local train schedule in advance.
